Current BW: 85kgs Goal BW: 80kgs Notes: Didn't lose any weight on the scales, but I feel like I've trimmed off a little bit of body fat. The high protein diet is definitely keeping me full & allowing me to continue building size. Will keep doing what I'm doing 🔥

100 Grams of Protein - Taco Bowl
Hey men, Thought I'd share this with you. It's a super low prep meal that tastes awesome and is LOADED with protein 💪 All you do is cook up 500 grams (1lb) of beef mince with taco seasoning. Then add a sprinkle of cheese, salsa & sour cream. Mix it up. Voi la! The stats: 100 grams protein. 127 grams fat. <10 grams carbs. 1471 Calories. Hope this was useful 🙌
