Current BW: 85kgs
Goal BW: 80kgs
Notes: Didn't lose any weight on the scales, but I feel like I've trimmed off a little bit of body fat. The high protein diet is definitely keeping me full & allowing me to continue building size. Will keep doing what I'm doing 🔥
