Here's a dessert I like making that helps fight off the sugar cravings while keeping the calories low. All you need is: - Vanilla Oikos Yoghurt - Mandarine Oranges - Whip Cream - Honey - Cinnamon BONUS: sprinkle protein granola on top to give it some crunch. You guys have any go to healthy snacks?

There’s two types of fathers, ones you talk about doing something vs those who see a problem and take action. Jesus was the greatest example of this. Jesus never hesitated when it came to His ministry. He knew exactly what needed to be done and did it gracefully but with power. ✝️⚔️ A lot of us have forgotten who we are in Christ. Brother, let today be different. Let today be the day you start taking action and quit living in your head with whatever Gods put on your heart. It’s time us fathers WAKE UP! 🫱🏽‍🫲🏻🔥

@Carlos Torres brother I’m right there with you . Between getting in the word first thing in the morning and gym I have to start by 3:45 . So hard to be consistent my bed wins most of the time. Nice to know I’m not the only one that feels that way. I pray God gives you the discipline and motivation to get through it. Times are tough rn but it’s just a season continue the race. 💪🏽

what up gentlemen I’m super stoked about this community . My wife sent me the video on instagram and I signed right up. I’m joining from Arizona. My fitness goals are to increase strength lose weight and stay consistent. I’d like to be able to have more energy work my way towards 225 bench and strengthen my legs. I( got those chicken legs) December 18 ,2019 is when I fell down on my knees and gave my life to Christ.
