I promise you this isn't another "sugar is bad for you post". It's rather to raise awareness about an area most people struggle with.
First off, sugar is in nearly EV'RYthing.
Even the fruit we eat.
Oh, and don't forget about liquid sugar (soda/juice).
What makes the topic of sugar complicated is that it legit gives us much needed energy at times, but because it's so enjoyable (dopamine) it's easy to abuse 🤪🥴
