I grew up in Pittsburgh PA and still live here. I am the oldest of two; I have a younger brother. An interesting high school fact is that I was part of the last graduating class of a small Catholic school. I'm excited to be a part of this team on the journey of improved metabolic health. :)

Thank you Deborah, I don't share easily, I guess a throw back to the often repeated admonition as a child to "children are meant to be seen and not heard". But today went a long way toward easing that concern.
