Went to the gym again for the second time this week!
Have been struggling to go to the gym due to my business and running my own skool community. But today I went ham. Did biceps, chest, back and a little bit of legs who knows when I’ll go back very busy with University as well.

Yesterday, an experienced gym bro told me to start training core as after some time other muscles will be nice and not the muscles near abs, and it will enhance other lifts as well, so just did a small core workout after rope! What do you think 4 times a week is fine for this?

Little progress post from three years ago to now. Although my training hasn’t been consistent throughout those years it’s exciting to see some changes. Winter goal - build those lats 🫡

Winter Bulk
Hey guys I started my first REAL bulk this summer after training pretty consistently over 3 years. So far I’m up about 10lb… my goal is to go for another 10lb before the end of the year 💪🏻 It’s crazy to see that after being in the gym consistently for so long all I had to do was eat more to make progress
