Sick- still got a workout in
I’ve been sick the last couple days but I needed to do some kind of workout so we just did 2 circuits of exercises.
2 circuits:
I only have 10lb dumbbells but we work with what we’ve got!
  • 30 pushups
  • Dumbbell curls: 25 reps @10lbs
  • Hammer curls: 15 reps @10lbs
  • Pronated grip curls: 15 reps @10lbs
  • Bent over lateral raises: 15 reps @10lbs
  • Raises out to the sides: 15 reps @10lbs
  • Standing, dumbbell pec fly: 10 reps @10lbs
I never ever post shirtless pics because I’m self conscious of my body but I figured it doesn’t matter, I’m putting in the work and over time I’ll look back at these photos and see the difference!
