Started with a 5min warmup on the treadmill followed by a very good stretch.
For each exercise I did 3X15 reps:
Leg extensions @ 100lbs
Leg curls @ 100lbs
Seated leg press 2 plates
Calf extensions @ 100lbs
Squats with 20lbs dumbbell
