This held me back from getting 1k+ views on YouTube

In November 2023, i started uploading self improvement YouTube content.

I averaged around 5-20 views.

After almost an entire year..

I averaged around 40-200 views per video.

Then I rebranded everything and took YouTube seriously.

1 week later, I hit my first 1k+ on a video (still growing)

Here is what I’ve learned:

You are the most important part of the video.
It’s not the value itself, but how you communicate it, that gets the success.
Improve quality over quantity. (spend 4 hours on 1 video, instead of 2 hours on 2 videos)

Actionable steps:

Improve your speaking skills, communication skills, charisma, etc. Improve YOU, and your delivery.

Spend more time on your videos.
