This held me back from getting 1k+ views on YouTube
In November 2023, i started uploading self improvement YouTube content.
I averaged around 5-20 views.
After almost an entire year..
I averaged around 40-200 views per video.
Then I rebranded everything and took YouTube seriously.
1 week later, I hit my first 1k+ on a video (still growing)
Here is what I’ve learned:
  • You are the most important part of the video.
  • It’s not the value itself, but how you communicate it, that gets the success.
  • Improve quality over quantity. (spend 4 hours on 1 video, instead of 2 hours on 2 videos)
Actionable steps:
Improve your speaking skills, communication skills, charisma, etc. Improve YOU, and your delivery.
Spend more time on your videos.
Hope this helps!

Keep going my friend. YouTube is THE GOAT when it comes to social media and more people need to be spending time on nurturing their channel. You’re doing a good job, just keep tweaking and most importantly keep going. Once you stop uploading it’s usually game over 🚀

Thanks Thomas! When you do something every single day for 10+ years you get pretty decent at it 😄

Did you find your speaking skills improved as you produced content or did seek out videos, mentors, or coaches to help?
