How should I monetise my community? HELP
Asking for advice 😀Here is my situation: Building a community that's fitness for teenagers. Getting members organically, but now that people start joining, how do I monetise that trafic? Right now the group is free. Should I make it paid? Just like the anime shredz community.. Should I sell DFY? Should I keep the group free and add paid products inside of it. Would really appreciate your advice.

@Nikola Horvat alright, I appreciate it!
If I fly to your house and make you a lot of money...
If I fly to your house and sit down next to you... Open your laptop for you... And work with you non-stop for 2 days (8-12 hours per day) to build out & optimize your entire business from top to bottom, start to finish... Would you agree to film a success story documenting what we did? Here's what you could expect by the end of the 2 days: 1) Your entire business is polished. You'd have: • An irresistible high ticket offer you can sell for between $1,000 and $10,000 (big range, I know). • An irresistible low ticket offer you can sell for between $20 & $297/month. • An audience growth machine that gets you at least 1,000 new eyeballs on your offer each month. • An automated sales system that converts at least 1% of those 1,000 new eyeballs each month. • A client/customer success roadmap to make sure whoever buys your program LOVES it & gets results like all these people. 2) You'd be making sales. • Ideally we'd make your first sale before I even leave your house. • I won't leave your house until you are 1,000% confident you can generate sales with what we build together. 3) You'd be set for life financially. Assuming you don't screw everything up after I leave, you'll be able to replicate how you made that first sale to make ongoing sales for life. The catch? 1) You have to qualify by applying here. 2) You have to let me or someone on my team film it. 3) You can't be one of those people who say: "I'm not techy!" 4) You have to promise to film a success story telling people how you went from A to Z after working with me. The cost? 10% of whatever amount of money you & I agree is your annual income target for 2025. Broken up into 2 payments.

HERE IS EXACTLY how I made my first sale (and how you can as well)
STEP 1 - Create your product Good offer You solve an actual specific problem, for a specific person, with a specific solution.. STEP 2 - Create a funnel Here is what works for me: - YouTube < Calendly - YouTube < Instagram < Calendly - Instagram < Calendly - X < Instagram STEP 3 - Get leads Organic marketing through a funnel, and.. Outreach.. STEP 4 - Sell with charisma Be charismatic Convince them on the call Highlight their problems & desires Point out that you solve this Sell them I wanted to make this as simple as possible because a huge lesson I have learnt is that it's not about making everything perfect and having everything in control, but rather just by doing the simple work.. "The magic you seek, lies in the work you're avoiding" I have heard this quote over and over again, but still done the wrong tasks.. Do these simple steps and I promise you that success awaits..

@Keith Mazur your welcome!
Your current coaching business constraint is this:
99% overlook it because it's not what everyone is talking about and it doesn't have direct results. What do you think is missing, when you feel stuck in your business? Maybe you were thinking about your offer. Or maybe your funnel? Your marketing? Your sales? Appointment setters?? These are all related to the business, and I know you already know that everything is only as strong as its weakest link, so... No matter how much you improve your 'business', you will always be as weak as the weakest link. The weakest link is not the business. The weakest link is you. It's you as a coach. The coaching business model revolves around the coach, which means that the coach plays a central role in the vehicle. Let me ask you this. "When was the last time you specifically improved yourself to become a better coach?" You want to strengthen yourself as a coach, and THEN you AND your business will skyrocket. I hope this insight has helped you :) PS. If you have any questions or just want to connect, leave a comment below or send me a direct message and I'll do my best to help! Have a great day!

@Chris Wendt want help?
This is what I learnt when improving myself as a coach
First, I realised that the coach plays a huge part in a coaching business. My coaching business started growing way faster. More subs More discovery calls More money … Let me explain my realisation. After improving myself, buying courses, coaches… and spending countless of money and time improving speaking skills, techniques, charisma, etc. I leveled myself up, as an coach. I found out that my biggest constraint was not the funnel, or the quality of my YouTube videos, or more setters and sellers. It was myself. And now my question is.. When did you last, improve yourself as an coach, SERIOUSLY. Because I have realised that I’m not the only one, that is a “boring coach”, or at least was. Most coaches are boring. You get it right? Improve yourself as a coach, to skyrocket your coaching business.
