Clients too busy

Hey squad, I’ve been running into a reoccurring issue and wanted to see if anybody else has experienced the same and might have some

Advice.

Clients I have monthly retainers with will get too busy and I’ll send them scripts, or content ideas for upcoming shoots and they won’t respond. This leads to constantly pushing shoots and not staying on schedule.

It’s simply because they get too busy and leave their content duties at the bottom of their to do lists. I don’t want to push against them too hard and hold them to terms of the contracts because I’d like to keep the relationships.

Plus I don’t even know what I’d do if it came down to legal pursuit from contract breaches. I don’t got the time or money to deal with that stuff, the contracts are pretty much just a scare tactic to keep people accountable.

Anyone else experience something like this?
