I just got another sale!! I was chilling on the couch and I get a notification from PayPal, and BAM, just like that my phone alerts me I got paid!! This one is super impactful for one reason. Client wants help redesigning and remarketing themselves with new business cards and social media posts, and that is something I am extremely eager to help with! Super stoked!! So for starters for this month I will be delivering to them - 2 Reels a Week - Redesigning Business Cards - Outreaching to Potential Affiliates Like I said, this client is special. As you guys might remember, I put a post a couple weeks ago talking about how to move out of the "family discount" and get paid my actual worth vs just helping out? Well this client is my own dad! He saw the value of paying me through my business and after I laid out all my value and what I deliver professionally, and he realized that I deserve more than just the "family rate", and wanted to treat me as he would approaching any other business or service. That meant a lot to me, as that was something I was really struggling conveying to him as a son, employee, and business owner. So this is an extra special win!

$1200 deal closed ! one off video project! but has more projects to come with it hoping to lock down a retainer! product lifestyle video for a presentation! so im on a MMA Fight Team . and I made my teammate some reels , literally two sizzles reels,for free to promote his fight coming up. Hes really great guy , he teaches classes , and lil kids , has great people skills but he has no social media presence so I wanted to help him sell tickets to his fight .And one of his clients saw his video that just so happens to need video for his product. My Teammate referred me . and the guy was already sold and didn't need to be salesy. just one phone call to clarify video details . and budget. and I literally worked the numbers out on the phone. this all happened in 2 days. Hes already written a check before even seeing a contract . first shoot day is tomorrow .its a rushed shoot, only because my teammate fights this weekend, and hes going to be in the video, need him in his prime =D☺️

Fired Up and Excited! I’m thrilled to share that my client’s website is back online after a technical error took it down for two weeks. It was a challenging time, but a couple of days ago, I received a text from my client with the great news that her site was back up. However, the brand story video we created wasn’t yet on the homepage. This morning, with her authorization, I swooped into her web portal and uploaded the video along with a dope animated thumbnail. 💪🎥 I’m so excited to see how this video will help draw more visitors to her incredible and transformative wellness spa. This project has been a labor of love, and I can’t wait to see the positive impact it will have on her business. She gave me access to her youtube and wordpress, so I will be getting a case study very soon!

https://www.facebook.com/aesirviking/videos/1288545682588756 - the first reel finally published (I made some small adjustments, but more or less it's the same I posted earlier here), the next ones are being edited and queued to prevent non-consistent posting :) For now, the stats are: - biggest reaction ratio on FB (I guess I have the most friends there), - completely ignored on LinkedIn (gotta start commenting on others' publications like You guys suggested, it seems I have zero strong relationships on that portal - but at least the reels are gonna sit on the profile in case someone checks it out, at least it will no longer be empty) - YT (posted as shorts) - 50% positive reactions, 50% negative, but it's known that platform isn't really keen on this type of content. Maybe the future, more informative reels gain some better stats, for now I got to assume the current channel's subscribers expect only entertainment content (like our movie-related commentaries etc) and something like that isn't what they were expecting. EDIT: not that bad on YT currently, 76% positive reactions - maybe wrong people were presented with the reel by the algorithm at first.
