Clients too busy
Hey squad, I’ve been running into a reoccurring issue and wanted to see if anybody else has experienced the same and might have some Advice. Clients I have monthly retainers with will get too busy and I’ll send them scripts, or content ideas for upcoming shoots and they won’t respond. This leads to constantly pushing shoots and not staying on schedule. It’s simply because they get too busy and leave their content duties at the bottom of their to do lists. I don’t want to push against them too hard and hold them to terms of the contracts because I’d like to keep the relationships. Plus I don’t even know what I’d do if it came down to legal pursuit from contract breaches. I don’t got the time or money to deal with that stuff, the contracts are pretty much just a scare tactic to keep people accountable. Anyone else experience something like this?

Outreach not working anymore
Hey guys, since getting the starter course, I used the outreach methods and had some good success with it. It’s been a couple months now and nobody is booking meetings anymore. I was wondering if anyone has any outreach advice to get more discovery meetings? I’ve been adding 40 Facebook friends and 20 LinkedIn using these messages like suggested in the course: Facebook: Hey ____! I just joined the _____ Business Networking group and want to introduce myself! I help business owners connect with new customers online with video production and marketing strategy. If you ever need a resource for that, I'd be happy to help! Regards, Cody LinkedIn: Hi ____, I help business owners connect with new customers online with video and had a couple of great ideas for _____ to share with you. Let me know if you have a few minutes to hear me out. Regards, Cody Thanks guys

@Dave Lisowski I know booking meetings is not the end goal but in my head, more meetings means my messaging is more effective and peaking peoples interest in working with me. Meetings give me the opportunity to talk to someone face to face and potentially build relationship with them when I otherwise wouldn't have that opportunity. I try to “continue to stoke the flames” by continuing to work with them build trust. Any concrete methods I could use to do better at this? Follow up messaging or emails that could help keep folks interested? When I started outreach, it was working and I was booking meetings and closed a few deals from them, thinking this would continue to be a great way to meet people who need my services and build relationship with them. But as you know it has stopped working. I really just wanted some feedback on my messaging to see if anyone has a better approach. I try to go to at least one networking event per month, a lot of the events I go to try to have you sign up for their paid networking group. Basically they want you to pay them monthly so you can go to their events. I have got in a few meetings with folks from networking events but never closed a deal with anyone from an event.
