Canon vs Sony?

Hey gang! I am looking to upgrade my camera when I can afford to. As of now I’m rocking a Canon Rebel SL3, which works, but isn’t as versatile as I would like, low light grain is an issue, as anything above 800 ISO is grainy. As well as I would like to capture 4K in 60fps as opposed to only 24.

What cameras would you all suggest? Is there any you can vouch for?

The ones I am looking at are

Canon R6 Mk II
Sony ZV-E1

I’ve only ever used Canon, so that is my brand loyalty so far haha! The only caveat to the Sony, is no viewfinder, which I am partial to for photography, but I would love your guys input! Is there a benefit to either that outweighs the competition?
