This is something I will incorporate to make sure Skool produces $100k in revenue per month.
I made a post not too long ago asking if this info was at all relevant or helpful to you. So here it is.
The exact system I used to make $10,000 a month believe it or not was the same exact system that led me to my first $100,000 month a couple years back now.
I did this with ZERO ads.
80 hours a day was what I needed. Yes you read that correctly. I needed 80 hours a day.
So assuming you already have done a couple $10k months these were my next steps.
Made sure I had a solid CRM
Solid fulfillment
Family culture
Marketing and sales on point
Standing out from competition
Best at what I do
Irreplaceable
What I do is in high demand
Then the KEY for me.
Hire 10 appointment setters commission only
Hire 1-2 closers commission only.
See I was doing all of the organic marketing and lead generation. Cold DMs all day long everyday baby. taught setters to be at least 1/4 or 1/2 as good as I was at that.
Then leads started to fly in on autopilot and they were better than referral leads. They just weren’t financially qualified.
So then I got introduced to some funding options that would help my prospects pay later and my business would take the paid in full amount.
Our ticket prices increased from 3-5k to 8-10k which sped up the speed of our revenue by a lot.
To summarize this. I delegated all of my sales acquisition to respected salesman so I could focus on the business and scaling as well as the fulfillment as I’m passionate about helping peoples businesses grow.
So now we went from 30k a month by myself to an immediate 80k with about 5 dm setters the follow month. Then when we incorporated the pay later option our sales sky rocketed to over $150,000 per month. I delegated everything under the sun to my brother (VP) and he oversaw everything while I could focus on the exposure and bringing more attention to the business.
We eventually grew our team to about 80 salesman working under us. And we do use ads now too
You can do anything but you can’t do everything
Delegation is a powerful tool. I’m not the best at everything but I hire the best to do everything
Skool is a project for us and it’s been fun. I look forward to using similar tactics to grow on here. It may ruffle some feathers it may not. But either way we always lead with value and understand the importance behind building solid long term relationships. You should as well.
