Ending 3-day journals
I have been very late posting journals the past few weeks and reduced them to weekly journals in my community. I have been too busy to keep up and will only post the weekly journal in one community. Thank you everyone and if I change my mind I will resume posting them again in the future but now. Reach out to me with any questions if you are interested in starting your own journal.

This journal is 4 days late and is for Tuesday - Thursday. Morning routine & meditation (>10 minutes) โœ… Cold shower ๐Ÿšฟ โœ… Journal for 10 minutes โœ๏ธ โœ… Read for 20 minutes ๐Ÿ“– โœ… Spend 45 minutes outdoors each day ๐ŸŒฒโœ… Deep work โœ… Eat only whole foods for 75% of meals over the 3 day periodโœ… Drink 2 Liters of water each dayโœ… Workout ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ (Chest, triceps, biceps, shoulders)โœ… Swimming laps (>30 minutes)(Tuesday, Thursday)๐ŸŠ โœ… Study ๐Ÿ“– 2 hours at least โœ… Attend a community meeting ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ โŒ Offer positive advice and help to someone who is down on Skool ๐Ÿซ‚ โœ… Evening routine โœ… Working more hours and building the community stronger everyday. I am also making improvements to my diet and did not consume sugary desserts during these days. I am working to end my sugar intake to improve my physique.

I recently have been working in construction and have come back from work with pains from heavy lifting should I carry on with the calisthenics or give my self a break until my body feels ready

It's so clear and walks you through the basics you need to succeed on your Calisthenics journey.. I have been following the advice for months now and the results are mind blowing..
