Which is the best protein shake for a snack?
Brothers, It has been suggested for me to replace my snacking with nuts instead of chips, and protein shakes instead of ice cream, which I have started doing to improve my weight and sugar / salt intake. My question is to all of you who are fitness trainers, which protein shakes would you recommend that can be made at home or bought in most food stores?

Pull ups
Hi I can currently do 5 to 7 pull upa and the use a small band to finish my set of 10 would it be more beneficial to do a set of 15. Would that help me do more pull ups.

Workout Schedule
