Oil pulling
What do you suppose is the reason oil pulling helps with nasal congestion? I've been doing this about a month now and it's helped get rid of even more gunk than urine therapy did. Also it's whitened my teeth, removed all those coffee stains. My last trip to the dentist was totally unnecessary....
What has it done for you? If you've thought about trying it and never did, now might just be the time to give it a shot... I am amazed.
