This is my 3rd try and I am going to make it this time. I took my past experiences and designed a plan that is working for me when it comes to the food. My flush day is Tuesday. I have been eating mostly fruits, blueberry and spinach with a banana and coconut water smoothie last couple days. I cook my vegetables. I couldn't do all days without fat, so I just added a very small amount a few days (when I went to long between meals). I also sustained with plain rice with more spring water in it. I felt strong emotions this morning, but that subsided and I feel more grounded going into the evening.
My challenges, it is very hard for me to do without both fat and meat. I have had cravings. I managed not to eat any meat when it was in the house yesterday. It was hard, but I am sticking to my intention to complete this one. My intention right now is not to do this monthly yet (till stones are gone). Every spring, YES!
