Keep moving
My Dad turns 72 this month. Still moving, competing and even running his own business.
Movement is critical for our body and brains. It literally keeps us young. Movement can help with thinking, learning, problem-solving, and memory. It can also help reduce brain fog symptoms and improve executive functions like attention, working memory, and inhibitory control.
Everyone needs this they just don’t know it yet.
Never too old to move!
