✅Athlete Review
Improving Athletic Habits should be #1 on your list. Changing an athlete at the habit level, unlocks a new tier of potential. It's hard because it's not flashy, takes lots of reps, and isn't in line with current training methods. But, if you understand it and can implement it, WATCH OUT! It's like having a magic wand that creates elite athletes. The best movement patterns aren't complicated, difficult or hidden. They are available and ready for Coaches to start teaching. If you haven't gone though the Athletic Habits Course yet, hopefully watching this video will convince you.

@Deejay Alook it’s really the secret that’s hidden in plain sight. The more you see it, the more you see it!

Hopping Games
I'm sure you'll all agree that hopping is the GOAT. Apart from the usual what are your go to hopping games to spice things up a bit? For example, hopping tug of war, hopping races, hopscotch variations

@Ewan Smith just want to clarify, like pogo jumps?

@Ewan Smith gotcha. We do a little of “mini Plyogility” drills for single leg hops. I can post a few of my favorites if you’d like. How about you?
✅ Athletic Habits Course
This course is now available in the Classroom. I've consolidated everything into this course for a more simple, foundational starting point. I would highly encourage you go go through each module fully. These athletic habits have been a game changer with our athletes, programs, and systems. I'd also love to see what discussions here in the community come about as you go through the course. Honored to have you all here! ✅ Let's get it

Make sure to check the completed ✅ in the upper right hand once you get through a module.
Mobility as a Foundation for Strength and Power
i believe mobility is the foundation that allows athletes to perform at their peak without risking injury. A lack of mobility in key areas, like the hips, , or ankles, can limit performance and increase injury risks. integrating dynamic stretching and joint-specific mobility drills into every session, especially before heavy lifting or agility work; hip mobility drills can significantly improve balance and power

@Alexander Shawon definitely agree, everyone is different which is what makes this whole thing fun, so many different variations and directions to take it.

@Ewan Smith You’re speaking my language, this is what separates the good coaches from the bad and the old from the new. Engagement provides consistency which leads to results and improved beliefs.
