I went total carnivore for about two weeks now (previously doing fruit and meat), and I am seeing a lot of the benefits: stronger mental clarity, a bunch of energy, stable moods, productivity, skin glowing
But, I am not getting the sleep I used to, which I know will be an issue in the long run.
I think I get plenty of salt. I also drink plenty of water (my urine is usually clear to light yellow). I eat a small breakfast and early dinner (done by 4:30 p.m.), and I'm in bed by 10 p.m.
I have been eating 80/20 ground beef (1lb), salmon burger (.5 lbs), organ meats (.25 lbs), total carnivore steak shake (1 scoop), 2 cups of lactide milk, 3-4 eggs, and 1 cup of bone broth.
I know that I have enough food because I gained muscle since changing my diet.
It takes me 30-45 mins to fall asleep, and I wake up 2-3 throughout the night, awake by 5:30 am.
Am I still adjusting? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
