It's been a while: here goes:: My daily food intake consisted of ribeye steaks, chicken & sometime sausage. On Wednesday & Friday: scallops & fish & shrimp. Sunday I made a bottom round roast & cauliflower. I will have left over Sunday dinner this morning and a ribeye steak for dinner. I was a little tire last week so after my Sunday workout I didn't do much. I did make up for it Saturday and Sunday. I did 20 minute walks on the treadmill and did some heavy weights after. My goal is to do weights on Wednesday, which is May 1st.
