CARNIVORE CUT ACADEMY IS LIVE!
Hey everyone! Thank you all for your patience this month. We are excited to announce that Carnivore Cut Academy is live! We have released the first four modules which you can find in the "Classroom" section. The remaining modules and bonus trainings will be released in November :) The macro tracking tool you guys are looking for is in Module 3.01. I highly recommend watching all of Module 1-3 before diving into the tool. I have tentatively scheduled our group coaching call for Sunday Nov 5 at 4pm PST. Highly encourage everyone to join - if you cannot make it, we will leave a comment thread to collect peoples questions and make sure all your questions are answered! What an eye opener! Replacing a refrigerator!
I purposely delayed the delivery of my new refrigerator so I could eat as much out of the freezer compartment (bacon πŸ₯“ and shrimp 🍀) and declutter old stuff from the refrigerator section. Well, I found old foods from years ago when I was seduced by the "keto substitute" recipes. Almond, coconut and oat flours, artificial sweeteners, even several egg white cartons to make angel food cake. πŸ€ͺ It was easy to toss the moldy olives and cheese. I transitioned to carnivore over 2 years ago and yet I had no actual plan to trash food I would no longer eat. This is an important step in fully embracing the carnivore lifestyle. I live alone so I don't have to accommodate anyone else's food choices. The US postal service had their food drive this weekend so I also donated 50 cans of unexpired food. πŸ‘πŸ€—πŸ₯³

Problem Solving πŸ€ͺ
I noticed a few months ago that my refrigerator thermostat was acting weird. My butter and eggs were freezing and even my Brita pitcher had sheets of ice forming inside. But when suddenly I observed the opposite issue (no longer cold) I had some problem solving to do. I quickly moved anything that could be frozen into the freezer. I had to toss other things out and then made a quick trip to the store to buy a new refrigerator. It will be delivered next Tuesday. However, this is really impacting my meal plans. I can't defrost frozen bulk quantities of any meats or buy new packs because I can't refrigerate them. But I am decluttering the items that should have been long since discarded like condiments and jams. I have been eating a lot of bacon πŸ₯“ πŸ˜‹ It is one of the few things that can defrost and be eaten quickly. I am actually excited about having an empty fridge to restart my meal planning. I've been watching carnivore weekly meal prep videos. πŸ˜‹
