Hey Bougie Body!! Got a couple of fun workouts going out to you today. Don't forget to add some of the Booty Builder classes to your routine....they are so good and I'm hearing great feedback from some booty growth happening in the community. This week there was no LIVE class, just couldn't make it work with Halloween and kids things but next week we have one! Hi Bougie Body!! I’ve been having difficulty with my internet this week….poor timing for comcast to be doing work on our connections but I have several workouts coming hopefully today and tomorrow. As a result of bad internet, it’s not allowing me upload the LIVE ab class from Tuesday so I’m going to re-record it and post it soon. Tonight is our LIVE class and its 100% all abs. These are my favorite classes to do because they are super challenging and they feel so good when they are done. Hi everyone!!! I hope you all had a great weekend and enjoy all the things fall has to bring. I have a few videos I’m editing today and will get them up asap.
