Why do we do shadow work?
When we come across something in the personal development world that requires us to address long established patterns, stories and behaviours, we can often ask the question why? Why am I doing this particular bit? Does it make sense to me, for me?
Shadow work is one of those things.
The name itself might strike a sense of doubt and insecurity. We think of shadows as being dark, mysterious and something to be fearful of - and they are. And at the same time, it holds our answers. Our shadow is formed by ourselves, meaning we can work with it instead of just fighting it all the time.
One of the questions I'll cover in my upcoming session here in Skool for Changemakers on Thursday at 3pm BST is why we do shadow work, with the aim of making it relatable and accessible, so that you can start to uncover how it can work for you.
It won't be easy, but then, it's not meant to be. Come along to the session on Thursday to find out more.
If you missed it, you can catch the trailer and more details here: https://www.skool.com/innerpeacewalker-worthwaker/your-answers-are-in-your-shadow-live?p=8e73ef81
