DAILY GRATITUDE LIST (ADD DAILY)
I am going to Pin this to the page, everyday just put the date, and 1-3 things you are grateful for in the comments. I'll leave an example below. Starting the day off in gratitude is a simple, but such an amazing practice that is like making your bed for your spirit. We will keep the list going indefinitely.

Be kind: What is a meaningful connection you’d like to deepen this week? Maybe a parent? A friend you haven’t talked to in a while? Perhaps someone that has wronged you, and you have to talk with them and set some boundaries. Call to mind someone you’d like to deepen a connection with, and what resistance comes up when you think about that person?

Pass kindness.
Haven’t done anything for a stranger in a while. Take extra time to do something nice, small, but nice. Put back a few shopping carts, hold a door open, buy someone a coffee. Be intentional. Feel how you feel after doing an experience for the sake of the experience vs trying to have someone believe you’re a nice person. No thought on the outcome, just presence.
