I am going to Pin this to the page, everyday just put the date, and 1-3 things you are grateful for in the comments. I'll leave an example below. Starting the day off in gratitude is a simple, but such an amazing practice that is like making your bed for your spirit. We will keep the list going indefinitely.

Congrats @Keever Henry on winning an Edge Theory Labs Core Tub! I’ll be mailing it out this week along with your FYTA protein! Great job!! To get more feedback in the group and more participation I’m going to be looking at membership and dropping people that haven’t been active in 40 plus days. The way to not get dropped if that’s you (and lose your free subscription) is to easily open the email, and then just read this. Drops will be made by the end of the day tomorrow. 10/1 Happy October! This next leaderboard is going to reward those that not only participate but those that join in the breathwork and meditation sessions as well! I’ll go over detail of that later!

New Format for this group!! and welcome Jordan and Steve!
First off welcome @Jordan Swenddal and @Steve Krk so happy yall are here! Feel free to introduce yourselves! So I am changing up a few things to keep it a lot simpler in this group. Still keeping the Be Here, Be Kind, Be You. But…. Be Here will be Daily Meditation and then a prompt after the meditation to share your insights. Be Kind will be a Daily Morning Gratitude Practice. Be You will be you tapping in with you with the breathwork session on the weekend! I look forward to more engagement with this set up, also looking to just keep it super simple. Here are a few ways to where we dont have to do soooo much, and just get to BE on a daily basis. Thank you for riding me with on this journey so far, it’s been so new in the online space and I appreciate the flexibility as we grow this! Much love, Marcus
