WhatsApp Bot Channel Issue: Responses through WAGHL Instead of Meta
Hey everyone,
In my GHL sub-account, I have both WhatsApp directly via Meta and WAGHL (WhatsApp through the SMS gateway) enabled. Here’s the issue I’m running into: Whenever a contact messages me on WhatsApp (directly via Meta), the responses only come through WAGHL (SMS gateway). The AI chat bot works properly via WhatsApp (Meta) only when I disconnect WAGHL from the SMS gateway.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Do you have a solution for it? 🤔
I also think it would be super cool if we could set the bot to operate on a specific channel rather than on all channels at once! 🔧✨ (While writing this, I just realized that we can actually handle the unwanted channels in GHL automation using triggers and simply remove the Active Tag. Problem solved! 😄)
