Let me introduce you to Manuel His Spanish is getting better! Now he transitions from English to Spanish, but... well... he never answers back after the initial responses. You can hear it here
He does not answer back in either Ingles or Spanish... he just exists in the infinite sound of the call center background noise...🙄 Oh, and if this was not enough, he does not update the info provided...
To be honest I do not know what's up with him. 😑
