🏋️‍♂️ Today, here's what I accomplished
💪 Started off my session with squats, focusing on depth and form to target my quadriceps. 🏋️‍♂️ Then, I moved on to weighted lunges for a deep leg muscle workout, making sure to keep my back straight throughout. 🔥 To ramp up the intensity, I incorporated deadlifts, aiming to build strength in my legs and back. 🦵 Finished up with leg extensions on the machine to isolate and specifically target my quadriceps. ✅ Goal achieved: I effectively worked my quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes during this workout. 🎯 My plan for tomorrow: 🛌 Taking a rest day to allow for full recovery and optimal muscle growth.

Accountability Chat🤝
Welcome to the accountability chat room🤝 Use this chat to keep yourself accountable to your goals. My recommended format for your posts: 1.) Goals for the day 2.) Did you achieve them 3.) What you've learnt from today 4.) What your goal is for the next day Example: "My goals for the day... Wake up 6am✅ Chest session✅ Bench press PB❌ 30 mins cardio✅ Record video✅ Today I learnt that you should listen to your body and don't overload when there is a risk of injury. Tomorrow, my goal is to increase my cardio to 45 mins (while maintaining the same pace)." Looking forward to seeing everyone keeping themselves accountable. Remember, don't cheat yourself and be honest with the community🤝
