πͺ Started off my session with squats, focusing on depth and form to target my quadriceps. ποΈββοΈ Then, I moved on to weighted lunges for a deep leg muscle workout, making sure to keep my back straight throughout. π₯ To ramp up the intensity, I incorporated deadlifts, aiming to build strength in my legs and back. 𦡠Finished up with leg extensions on the machine to isolate and specifically target my quadriceps. β
Goal achieved: I effectively worked my quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes during this workout. π― My plan for tomorrow: π Taking a rest day to allow for full recovery and optimal muscle growth.
