People who let their weight drag, without putting them in their place
Do you also have clutter problems in your gym? (I guess it's in France based on the language) the manager of a weight room found a fun solution so that members don't forget to put their weights away after doing their sets :-) Translation: "Please put your weights away, your mothers don't work here" πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ Today, here's what I accomplished
πŸ’ͺ Started off my session with squats, focusing on depth and form to target my quadriceps. πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ Then, I moved on to weighted lunges for a deep leg muscle workout, making sure to keep my back straight throughout. πŸ”₯ To ramp up the intensity, I incorporated deadlifts, aiming to build strength in my legs and back. 🦡 Finished up with leg extensions on the machine to isolate and specifically target my quadriceps. βœ… Goal achieved: I effectively worked my quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes during this workout. 🎯 My plan for tomorrow: πŸ›Œ Taking a rest day to allow for full recovery and optimal muscle growth.
