Day 23: Keep Pushing!
Today is all about turning “maybe” into “yes.” Focus on closing sales and following up with interested buyers. If you don't have any people that are a maybe and could move to a yes, don't worry just keep reaching out to new people.
Today’s Focus:
- Ask for a Commitment Reach out to anyone unsure. Offer to hold the piece for them or ask for a deposit.
- Create Urgency Send 3-5 messages to remind people about limited availability or special deals. A little push can help them decide.
- Follow Up with Hot Leads (people that showed interest or people you already build a relationship with) Focus on people who are close to buying. Keep it simple, ask if they’re ready to purchase.
