Go to the classroom and click on the "30 Day Challenge: Sell More Art" course. 3. Click on Day 1, read through it, and complete the action steps. 4. Each day, after you finish the action steps, comment below to let us know you’ve done it. To win the "Sell Art Through Emails" course (the one that helped Maria Brophy make $20k in a month), you HAVE to complete this challenge. That means logging in and sharing your progress in the comments every day. Check my comments below this post to see how it works with commenting! I am joining the challenge too, so if you not sure how to comment your progress, just check my comments below. With that said, let's crush it! 💪🏼

How I Made $30k in 1 Month From Art Sales and How You Can Too
Hey artists! 🌟 I want to share a story with you that I hope will light a fire in you and remind you that anything is possible when you set your mind to it. A while back, I made $30,000 in art sales within a single month, and this is how it happened. My goal wasn’t just a hope; it was a decision. I didn’t just think about it or wish for it, I committed to it. Here's the truth: many artists set goals, but they don’t fully commit. They set a number, then second-guess it, tweak it, or lower it. But if you’re truly serious about hitting a goal, you’ve got to decide on it and commit without a doubt. And here’s a key part: set a goal you believe in. If you don’t believe in it, why would you go all-in? For me, my goal was to make $40,000 in two months. Setting it over two months felt more achievable than one month, and it was a number I could believe in without feeling discouraged if I didn’t hit it immediately. Once I decided, I did three key things: 1. Commit to the goal with total belief. I was part of a mastermind group at the time, which helped boost my belief even more. When I shared my goal on a group Zoom call, I expected people to question it. But nobody did! That moment made me realize, “This is possible.” Speaking your goal out loud to others can be a powerful commitment tool. 3. Write down your “why” and visualize the feeling of achieving it. I wrote down why I wanted this goal and how I’d feel once I achieved it. I wrote it as if it had already happened. This fueled my motivation every day. 2. Create a massive action plan. I planned to go beyond the minimum, doubling the efforts I thought I’d need. If I needed 20 calls to hit my goal, I planned for 40. If I planned for one show, I thought about setting up two. This “massive action” boosted my confidence even more. Funny thing? I didn’t even end up doing all the steps in my plan! My belief was so strong that I was vibrating at a high frequency, fully aligned with my goal, and the sales came in, two paintings, $30,000.- in the first month.

@Annalena Ouwens Exactly! That’s how I started feeling good about this big goal, even 20k in one month would have still felt overwhelming
Yes or no ❓Black Friday Art sale?
My husband Drew hates when I make him do a sale on his art prints! 😅 But…. Last year we made 50%of our holiday art sales during Black Friday sale weekend! We offered 20% off everything at www.drewbrophyart.com and we advertised it through email, Instagram and facebook. It worked so well we are doing it again this year. This time, he’s not complaining about it as much. 😂 But he’s making us change how we do it. We did a social media post and sent an email every day, putting something different on sale on different days. It was a little complicated for us, so this year we are going to simplify it. I’ll share the details after we have it all figured out…. ❓How about you? Do you plan on doing a sale at all during the holidays? Or do you not like that idea? 👇🏽 I’d love your thoughts on it!

A weird request
This nice guy who has been following me on fb for a long time just messaged me to inquire about prints for artwork I posted. He writes: "A high resolution virtual file would be awesome and save you the time and shipping. I might try having it printed on metallic paper (with your permission)" WTF???? What would you respond? This is what I replied. What do you think? Your request for a HD file is posing a bit of a question to me! Here is why: Basically if I did that for every person who wanted a print of my art I would have to work at a pizza shop to sustain my art hobby (: well more likely an architectural firm! That is what I trained for! I make a living from my art. It also took me years of trials and errors with printing to settle with what will have the best quality and results for my colors. My preference would be that I do the printing for you My prices go from US$27 (8x10 paper) and between $90 to $400 for canvas. Let me know what you think. I hope you understand! I am open to discuss your ideas. I look forward to hearing your thoughts 😀

Yes good respond next time I might just say that you don't do that but here's what I can offer. I don't think you need to explain yourself too much, but still your messages also gets the point across
