Even good people sometimes use these terms as a draw, but your antenna should perk up, frequently the Hallmark of a scam or just someone who is crassly materialistic, not really compatible with humanistic values, if those are important to you. Buyer beware. Just my opinion.

For Drew and I, we were told many years ago, "Never work with your spouse..." and then another time, "Don't ever license your art..." and then another time, "Don't make prints of your art."
