GDPR/CCPA Compliance 👉 Shopify
My current opencart website is fully GDPR compliant. I'm creating a new store in shopify and I'm trying to find out if it's already a feature in shopify or do I need to purchase another app to make it compliant. Does anyone know?

Is Meta Verification Worth It?
Hi everyone, I’ve recently been given the option to sign up for Meta Verified through Meta Business Suite. I’m seriously considering it but wanted to hear from those of you who might already have it. Earlier this year, my Facebook page was cloned five times, and spammers even contacted my customers pretending to be me. It was a nightmare! 😟 Even though the copy pages were reported it took many months for them to be taken down. I’m thinking Meta Verified might be a good way to protect both my page and my customers, but I’ve also heard mixed reviews from other artists. If you’re Meta Verified: - Have you noticed any positive difference? - Has it helped with security or customer trust? I’d love to hear your experiences before I take the plunge. Thanks in advance for sharing your thoughts! 😊

@Gaia Orion Thanks Gaia for you're reply. Yes I've also heard of other artists having so much trouble with being hacked. Crazy. My problem was I had spammers creating a copycat business page. 😲Using my same photos as their cover and profile and my business page name. Then they were commenting on hundreds of comments on my page telling customers to click a link to claim a prize. Of couse if your internet savvy you see through it, but I was so concerned with customers that didn't understand because it genuinely looked like I was the person writing the comment. To be honest when I first saw it I actually thought I was hacked because it looked like somebody had taken over my account to type the messages. There were multiple pages being created. As soon as I blocked/banned one another page was created. I was frantic. Then I had dozens of well meaning messages coming through letting me know what was happening. It was a full day dealing with it. I'm thinking if I am verified at least I can tell them to look for the Blue Tick Badge.
