I’ve embarked on a second round of the 75 warrior workouts, (found in the classroom tab) I made a slight adjustment to the kick day and it definitely ups the intensity warmup for 7-10 minutes then set a time on 2 minute repeats 2 min jump rope, 2 minute slip line, 2 minutes front kicks, 40 pushups, repeat this pattern and change up the kick, and every round decrease the pushups by 10 do this for 4-5 rounds it’s an amazing burn!
