Most underrated growth device
If you're not doing this daily you are robbing yourself of ever really reaching your best, it's simple you most likely make sure your children are capable of it yet amidst the distractions of modern life you're probably not doing it... That's reading, while there's value to podcasts, audiobooks educational content written word is an amazing driver for growth and change. I know I read several books in th last year that I had consumed via audiobook previously and I got SO MUCH more from the text, I know we all learn differently but books will change your life! So what are you reading?

For me I would say distractions are the biggest issue for me. I use distractions as an excuse to get off track

I am looking mostly to develop focus and discipline the Agoge sounds like the best path for me. I have been steadily improving both of my focus and discipline but they are two things that are very easy to get away from so im going to use this program to help keep on track to further improve myself.
Sunday Funday!
Well not necessarily I’m currently at work but I got a good ruck in this morning and about 15 minutes of dry fire, what’s everyone else up to today?

I just train firearms when it comes weapons. My favorite are Rifle/PDW type weapons but 90% of my training is with my EDC. I try to get out and live fire once or twice a month but the majority of the practice is dry firing.
