I’m 25, and I’ve never taken any martial arts or combat classes before. Lately, I’ve been thinking that it might be a good idea to start, not just to get physically stronger but also to improve my mental strength and discipline. Do you think martial arts can have a positive impact on aspects like business, dating, and overall mental resilience?
I’m already in decent shape since I go to the gym regularly, but I feel like adding a combat sport could take things to the next level. I’m particularly interested in starting boxing.
What do you think? Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated.
