Building The Challenge Into Daily Routine
For me it’s hard to sit down and read which is why I love audio books. Currently, found an efficient way to get the challenge built into my daily routine.
  • Wake up early
  • Go for a 40 min run while listening to my audio books (Drive by Daniel H Pink)
  • Come back and meditate for 15 mins
  • Shower
  • Make coffee
  • Get into my office
  • Journal before I start working
  • Go on with my day after and at night before bed reflect on my day.
Rinse and repeat 🔁 💪🏼
