For me it’s hard to sit down and read which is why I love audio books. Currently, found an efficient way to get the challenge built into my daily routine.
Wake up early
Go for a 40 min run while listening to my audio books (Drive by Daniel H Pink)
Come back and meditate for 15 mins
Shower
Make coffee
Get into my office
Journal before I start working
Go on with my day after and at night before bed reflect on my day.
