Client Specifics

This has been on my mind recently because I'm about to start doing outreach. Since I'm 17 and unable to use Upwork, I must go the cold DM route. There's an age limit of 18. It doesn't faze me; it's probably better for them to not get idiots.

When I get a client, will the client give me feedback on my copy? I'm wondering how to check the quality of my copy each time before sending it. Will they already have an email list on Klaviyo, MailChimp, etc.?
When I go on IG to find clients, how do I know what businesses would be worth reaching out to? I type in a certain niche, but it comes up people with thousands of followers. There's a realistic side to this that I can't ignore when doing outreach.
Before reaching out, do I need to know how to provide all types of copy, such as Sales pages, Facebook ads, Google ads, etc. before reaching out?

I'm wondering if this is possible because everyone who sees me working tells me I won't even be able to get a reply from businesses. I'll keep moving, I just need some input.
