Underperforming Ads - Medspa and Aesthetics

Hey guys, I own a medspa and aesthetic marketing agency and more recently than not my ads have been underpeforming. We have a few issues:

Some clinics not getting any leads so no one to book in
Some clinics getting lots of people but the people who are coming through are either 'Just looking' or not serious and say they will think about it and get back to us

This is obviously not good because my clients are expecting their diaries to be full and I am really struggling. These ads that are running are the same ones that were running for months and were performing great for a good few months but now they have dropped off. I have changed the ads over to new ones, tested new ad texts, tested new audiences but nothing seems to be working...I don't know what it is?

Whether its the time of the year, the economy in the UK is messed up and people can't afford it, or because I have employed a lady from south africa to help and she is not turning these leads into bookings? I monitor her performance every now and then but prior to working with me she worked for a competitor of mine.

Any help would be massively appreciated!
