Does anyone have a good tracking spreadsheet for ISA's? I have an ISA who books appointments for my clients and I need to track her performance so if anyone has good spreadsheet for this, please send us it through :)

I run ads for aesthetic clinics over the UK and some of my clients are in areas where there are a mix of poor and rich people. I am finding with one of my clients every person who comes through is not the ideal ICP and we cannot get the people who can afford the treatment to see it. Do you know if there is a way for me to get rid of poor (non UK mainly) people as they keep coming through and then when we say the price, they say they cannot afford it. I'm almost certain you cannot target by household income in the UK

Hey guys, I own a medspa and aesthetic marketing agency and more recently than not my ads have been underpeforming. We have a few issues: - Some clinics not getting any leads so no one to book in - Some clinics getting lots of people but the people who are coming through are either 'Just looking' or not serious and say they will think about it and get back to us This is obviously not good because my clients are expecting their diaries to be full and I am really struggling. These ads that are running are the same ones that were running for months and were performing great for a good few months but now they have dropped off. I have changed the ads over to new ones, tested new ad texts, tested new audiences but nothing seems to be working...I don't know what it is? Whether its the time of the year, the economy in the UK is messed up and people can't afford it, or because I have employed a lady from south africa to help and she is not turning these leads into bookings? I monitor her performance every now and then but prior to working with me she worked for a competitor of mine. Any help would be massively appreciated!

Hey guys, I have an automation for my clients set up so that when people fill in their information on a Facebook form and submit the form, they get an automatic text to say 'Hey is this (lead name)? and then when they respond yes, they are meant to receive another text asking them about the offer they signed up for but everytime they reply yes it doesn't send through? They reply yes and then it sends them the follow up as if they didn't reply. I have attached a screen shot of the automation. I cant seem to crack it so PLEASE HELP! :) :)
