Overstimulation is ruining your life
According to a study, college students spend 8–10 hours a day on their phones. This does not include time spent on other devices like laptops, computers, tablets, or televisions. - 8–10 years old: Six hours - 11–14 years old: Nine hours - 15–18 years old: Seven and a half hours That's over 3 months wasted in 2023. Looking at screens. Think about it. More than 3 to 4 months continuously you spent sating at your phone. Think about what else you could have achieved in that time. If you read 30 min or 1 hour every day instead you'd finish more than 4 -5 books in that time You'd still have more than 5-6 hours a day left, Of course, you need to reply to a text or search for something. Let's say you take 2 hours. You'd still have 3 hours a day, that's more than 45 days or 1095 hours to be precise. Of course, it looks obvious when I break it down like that. And I'll be honest I am also guilty of wasting my time, and I am still trying to optimise where I spend my time. I think for most of us it's important to just be aware we are wasting so much time. Comment your daily phone usage and set a goal for next week. My average is 5 hours and 20 min a day! I know I am guilty of spending a good chunk of it scrolling while telling myself I am researching or finding something educational. When I am only overstimulating my self. I'll try to decrease it by 30 min this week then continue reducing it until I have optimised my time on my phone.

@Sam Bomjan Nice.
Best drills to improve dribbling
I was one of those who spent years doing cone drills and yet failed to improve dribbling. I wouldn't say it didn't help me but it certainly not helping me improve a lot. All these ball mastery, cone weaves did help me improve my confidence on the ball. The only way I improved myself was through playing 1 v 1, small-sided games or 11 v 11 itself. Yes, I failed a lot. A lot. But the most important thing I did after I failed was to analyse what I should have done. Then the next time I did iterate. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. I continued to iterate and fail, till I got to a point where it was engraved into my instinct. That's how you learn. Don't get me wrong ball mastery is great for improving your confidence and being comfortable with the ball. Comment what your thoughts on this are.

Yea, I think so too. I never trained anything like dribbling, ball mastery etc. I just played side matches a lot and I got better.
Help With Training
I need help with football training. I am a CB. I don't know how to train and what skills to train. I just started football recently like 5-6 months. My skills have gotten pretty good. I just played side matches with my friends. Now, I want to train seriously, but don't know how. I train football 2 times a week an hour each. Because I workout in morning, I can't play football much.

Solved Problems in My Life
Hey there, younger me! Life can be a rollercoaster, but here's a guide on how I tackled those tough times. First off, I discovered the magic of working out. Whether it's hitting the gym, going for a run, or playing football, physical activity became my sanity. It wasn't just about the body; it cleared my mind too. Meditation was another game-changer. Taking a few minutes daily to breathe and be present worked wonders. Books became my escape—they transported me to different worlds and offered solutions. Having faith in God gave me strength, and writing journals acted as my personal therapist. Trust me, these small steps can lead to giant leaps. Stay resilient!
