Although there will be an abundance of healthy habits throughout the next 30 days, I recommend you pick ONE, most impactful habit that you would love to have locked and loaded by the end of June. Get super clear on what you would like to achieve both over the next 30 Days AND BEYOND. This is likely the thing that inspired you to join the Plant Positive Membership. It's a little bit of effort up front that will make living a plant positive lifestyle simple, sustainable and aligned with everything else that is important to you. Mindful eating. I am pretty sure I over eat a lot. I just love food but sometimes I think I’m just bored. So my 1 goal is to really be in tune with my hunger and sloooooww down when I do eat.
