Well, itโs Thursday, itโs the only weekday I get up late (6.45) and I really struggle with getting motivated to do pretty much anything if Iโm honest - I feel tired & groggy & I just want to go back to bed ๐ด๐ด and I have to leave the house at 8.15 - makes me feel like I would have been better of getting up at 3.30-4am like the rest of the week! Donโt worry Sunny, I do know that getting a solid 7.5hrs sleep once a week is better than never - just need someone to tell my body that! Any one else work weird shifts/get up early & feel like this on their โlateโ wake up days?
