Morning beautiful Souls… I’ve have some time in creation the last few weeks and soooo excited to share it with you …. (Big reveal coming this week 🥳) Now I’ve managed to beat my kids to the morning chorus so am up, caffeinated, read, journaled and ready to rock… What’s your morning routine?

Feeling resistance?
So important to choose the vibrations we want to express… there is always going to be circumstances around us that make us feel resistance, frustration, all those things… and it’s good, because those feelings highlight to us what we don’t want… the choice we have to make is to realise what’s going on with our vibrational alignment.. be grateful for the clarity we received and now shift and recalibrate back to feeling grateful and make this day a beautiful one…

How deep is your love?
Imagine that the day starts with blissful meditation and you align with your intention of unconditional love. Your day goes great and the world is a wonderful place and you observe all the perfection and love that is part of the natural state. then… something happens to know you off your loving perch.. perhaps some dickhead was ‘having a bad day’ and did that thing that could be categorised as your ‘pet hate’. be it, getting cut-off or tailgated in traffic or some prick steals your bag or your boss decided that today is the day that they will kick you, because they forgot to kick their cat as they were leaving the house that morning…. (I think that you get the point 😂) So, how much pressure can your state of mind/good mood withstand, before you get pissed off, upset, annoyed, stressed or any other negative emotion that is not aligned with your highest/spiritual intention? Also, what do you do to ‘get back in the zone’, after this happened? Thanks 😃
