knee tendinitis
About a month ago i had a week where i performed too many jumps (without good conditioning) and it develoed a lot of pain on both of my knee tendons. It still hurts (probably because im still doing things that hurt it sometimes). I wonder what is the best aproach to heal it? Should I try to rest my knees until it doesn't hurt or should I do something that doesn't hurt? Using ice/antiinflammatories to reduce inflammation would help? or the inflammation is important to the healing process?

@Angus Bradley It actually hurts with any little effort to extend the knee, and I have to be at a parkour gym everyday cause I'm a teacher. Really hard to let the knee rest. But I see how important it is (since is the only thing I can do, right?) I'll do my best trying to rest πŸ™πŸ™
