Morning Routine 🌞
How do your mornings usually look like? Curious if you have some sacred routines or if you get at it straight away. I am a little obsessed with morning routines. When I discovered the power of waking up early (earlier), it opened up a whole new world for me! These were some of the benefits I experienced: 🌞 Feeling proud for overcoming the first 'obstacle' 🌞 The feeling of being ahead 🌞 No rushing 🌞 Taking time for personal practice (meditation/ journalling/ yoga/ reiki etc), without many distractions yet. Do you resonate or you prefer to hit 'snooze' one more time? 👀 So this is how most of my mornings look like: - Waking up at 6am - 1 hour of mediation - Yoga/ stretch/ slow movement - Breakfast - Coffee & writing - Get to work! 🔥 Would love to know yours! ⭐

Reiki History Timeline
Greetings everyone, since some people asked, I would like to share with you a summary of - what I think - were the most important stations throughout the history of Reiki - and how these events eventually caused "different Styles" of Reiki. I gathered and summarized this information from these (highly recommended) books: - This is Reiki (Frank Arjava Petter) - Light on The Origins of Reiki (Tadao Yamaguchi) - Reiki and Japan (Masaki Nishina) If you are only interested in the point in time of the major changes of Reiki, feel free to skip to the 1970s. -------------------------------------------------------------- TIMELINE: - 1865 - Mikao Usui is born - 1868 - Beginning of the period of emperor Meiji - 1870 - Proclamation of State Shinto*: *Shinto is the indigenous spirituality of Japan, focusing on the worship of kami — spirits or gods associated with natural phenomena, ancestors, and significant cultural sites. It emphasizes harmony with nature, ritual purity, and reverence for Japan's divine heritage. With emperor Meiji, Shinto was framed as a patriotic, nationalistic tradition, emphasizing loyalty to the Emperor and the divine nature of the Japanese state. The emperor was viewed as a divine figure, central to Japan's identity. - 1908 - Japan restricts immigration to the U.S. - 1914 - Japan sides with the Allied Powers in World War I - 1914 - Mataji Kawakami introduces "Reiki Ryoho" as a healing method: He publishes a book about it in 1919. In addition, there is evidence that there were at least 3 other Reiki styles developed before Usui (Reikan Tonetsu Ryoho, Senshin-ryu Reiki Ryoho, Seido Reisho-jutsu), none of which were spread and taught publicly though. - 1922, March - Mikao Usui meditates on Mt. Kurama to find inner peace. On the 21st day he passes out and awakes with the ability and awareness of Reiki. - 1922, April - Usui creates the Reiki Ryoho Gakkai, (the Usui Healing System Learning Society).

Hi beautiful souls✨
My name is Vanessa I’m originally from Colombia but I live in The Netherlands. I started my inner work 5 years ago. En this year I feel my soul calling to start whit reiky. I want to get these 3 things from the community: 1. Find community with likeminded people (and maybe even new friends) 2. Integrate Reiki into my routine and work 3. To share experiences For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1. Read a book, now I’m reading breaking the habit of being yourself from Dr. Joe Dispenza 2. To talk about the magic of the universe, healing and manifestations💫✨ 3. Dans I like to dans and get in a high vibration ✨💃🏼

Tarot Thursday ✨
I like to draw myself a card sometimes. My whole journey started with buying myself a tarot deck. I see it as a guiding message and it draws me closer to my intuition. What do I see? What do I feel? I started to pay more attention to signs and synchronicities and more things felt into place. I also combine the cards with sometimes a reiki session if I feel like it and the person is open for it. So today I thought let’s pull an angel card for this beautiful collective. This card really shows me that I am/you are in the right place, with the right people. That we all came together to grow our collective consciousness and to be surrounded and have chats, get inspired with like-minded people. Somewhere it feels like the start of something great(er). Becoming TRUSTWORTHY FRIENDS. What we already might be in the energy. I believe that we are not strangers from each-other, and we were ment to meet who we are need to meet. Source will always guide us towards the best possible outcome for our highest good and support growth in every way. If you have any other thoughts, insights or feelings with this card, feel free to share them. Maybe it also resonates with something in your life at this moment and this may be your guide that everything will fall into place, and that sometimes we have to lose people so there is room again for the people who are on your vibration. I understand that sometimes it can come with difficulties, know that it will always be for a better and greater outcome. “Friendship means balance and it is as blessed to support as it is to be supported.” Have a wonderful and blessed Thursday. 💙✨
