Justin, thank you for your posts. As you clear up some of my misconceptions, additional questions arise. I know that meridians and chakras are different but I've been reading to gather more details. If what I'm reading is correct, meridians are channels that lead to organs and chakras are nerve system convergence points on meridians. Therefore, they are very different but work together, systematically. Is that correct?? Zhong Qi is meridian focused while Reiki and Qi Gong, though different disciplines, are chakra focused??
